Eileen M.Foley, EsqMs. Foley is a graduate of Trenton State College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989. While attending law school, Ms. Foley was a member of the Law Review of the University of Dayton School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Foley served a one-year judicial clerkship with the Hon. Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Ms. Foley was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1989.

Ms. Foley has practiced Family Law for over 25 years and sits as a panelist on the Early Settlement Program in Middlesex County Family Court. The early settlement program panelists are experienced family/matrimonial attorneys who donate their time to the Court to help litigants and attorneys settle their cases.

Throughout Ms. Foley’s legal career she has been appointed by the Court on many occasions as a parenting time coordinator, a financial mediator, a guardian ad litem for children and other such roles.

Ms. Foley has served on the Middlesex County District VIII Ethics Committee since 2005.  She was the Committee Chairperson for the Middlesex County District VIII Ethics Committee from 2007 – 2008.

Ms. Foley has provided pro bono services for Central Jersey Legal Services acting on referral to represent indigent litigants.

Ms. Foley is a member of the New Brunswick Bar Association and was the President of said organization from 2000 – 2001.  Ms. Foley is also a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association.  Ms. Foley’s practice is dedicated almost exclusively to Family Law-see practice areas.
